DUTIES

  • Review and process all potential new case leads from clients, law firms, lead companies, and clinics.
  • Ensure all case intake legal documents are processed, signed, and executed properly.
  • Ensure that all phone calls are routed to the correct point of contact, e.g., legal team, attorney, department(s), etc.
  • Conduct phone case consultations with potential new clients.
  • Process case sign-up, in accordance with firm policies.
  • Assist clients with questions and concerns pertaining to their cases.
  • Coordinate appointments for all new clients.
  • Work with the attorneys and case managers to respond to clients within a 24-hour window.
  • Assist the firm’s recruiting, training, and onboarding efforts by sharing information about the intake process with new hires.

Eligibility

Interns:

  • Must be currently enrolled full-time in, or recently graduated from, a degree- or professional certificate program in a college, university, or other post-secondary academic institution outside the U.S.
  • Internships must be directly related to your academic field of study.

Trainees:

  • Must have a degree or professional certificate from a college, university, or other post-secondary academic institution outside the U.S.
  • Must have at least one year of related professional experience from outside the U.S. OR have at least 5 years of professional experience from outside the U.S.
  • Training program must be related to your non-U.S. professional work experience.
