• Details: The intern may occasionally have less than 32 hours a week due to levels of business. It is mandatory that culinarians know the rules of sanitary food handling, can work with knives safely and understand culinary standards. Through this training, the participant will bridge the gap between formal classroom experience and real-world practical learning through this work based training and learning culinary experience.
