• Details: Upon starting the J-1 program at the second host site, interns are required to attend a 2-day orientation. This orientation will introduce the intern to The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee property, General Manager expectations, HR expectations, service expectations and the Food & Beverage Operations expectations.

1st payment: $800-security deposit paid upon confirmation of program registration
