Duties
During your training, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in Rooms Division Management, including:
- Front Office Operations: Check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Housekeeping: Room cleaning, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
- Reservations: Managing bookings and room availability.
- Guest Relations: Ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Eligibility
Our Rooms Division Management Training program is tailored for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, or Masters)
- Between the ages of 18 and 39
- Minimum of 12 months of related work/internship experience
- Relevant major of study
- Possession of a school, college, or university reference letter
- Fluent in English
